1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using rastr.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the rastr.ai for personal or business use, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Service Description

rastr.ai provides tools and features for managing print shop operations, including but not limited to:

• Quote and sales order management
• Customer relationship management with sales representative tracking
• Job order tracking and production management
• Invoice and receipt management with Quickbooks integration
• AI-powered tools for image processing and delay predictions
• Comprehensive documentation and file attachments

4. User Roles and Obligations

Users are assigned one of three roles (admin, manager, or member) and agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for quotes, orders, and customer records
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use the job board and tracking features responsibly
• Handle customer data and payment information securely
• Follow proper workflows for quotes, sales orders, and invoices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Data Integration and Security

Users acknowledge and agree to the following regarding data handling:

• Integration with Quickbooks for financial records
• Secure storage of customer information and order history
• Proper handling of payment screenshots and receipts
• Protection of company-specific pricing and product data
• Responsible use of AI-powered features and data analysis

6. Data Privacy and Protection

Users acknowledge and agree to our data handling practices:

• All data processing complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR where applicable
• Customer data is processed only for legitimate business purposes
• Personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel
• Users maintain control over their customer data and can export/delete it
• Data breach notifications will be sent as required by law

7. Intellectual Property

Rights and ownership of content and data:

• The platform and its original content remain our intellectual property
• Users retain ownership of their customer data and uploaded content
• Users grant us license to store and process their data to provide the service
• AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty
• Users are responsible for having rights to content they upload

8. Service Availability and Backup

Service level expectations:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Data is backed up regularly, but users should maintain their own backups
• We are not liable for any data loss or service interruption
• Support is provided during business hours via designated channels

9. Third-Party Services

Integration with external services:

• Quickbooks integration requires separate account and terms acceptance
• Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party providers
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability
• Users must comply with all third-party terms of service
• Third-party integrations may be changed or discontinued

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation
• Unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration
• Class action waiver applies to all disputes
• Users have 30 days to opt out of arbitration

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, pandemic, changes in law or regulations, embargoes, labor strikes, technical failures beyond our control, or natural disasters.

12. Subscription and Payment

Users agree to the following terms regarding service access:

• Subscription fees are based on the selected plan
• Company-wide access with role-based permissions
• All payments are processed securely
• Service access may be limited during trial periods
• Fees may be adjusted with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

13. Limitation of Liability

rastr.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

14. Termination

Account termination terms:

• We may terminate service for breach of these terms
• Users may cancel subscription with 30 days notice
• Data will be retained for 30 days after termination
• Data exports are available before account closure
• Paid subscriptions will be prorated upon cancellation

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
