This page covers Rastr on the web and the RastrAI: Print Shop Management apps for Android and iOS.
Rastr is used by print shops. A shop signs up on the web, and the shop's account holds its users, customers, orders and documents. The mobile apps only let existing users sign in; accounts are not created in the apps.
Email privacy@rastr.ai from the email address you sign in with, and tell us the shop you belong to. We confirm the request with your shop's owner before deleting, because your account belongs to the shop.
The shop's owner can ask us to delete the whole shop account, with all of its users and data. Email privacy@rastr.ai from the owner's email address with the shop's name. We confirm the request before deleting anything.
