Quoting software for print shops.
Set your prices once, then build a quote in a few clicks. Your customer accepts it online, and the accepted quote turns into the sales order without retyping a line.
Prices come from your products
Set up each product once with how it is priced. rastr then fills in the price as you add it to a quote.
- A fixed price per piece, with a minimum quantity.
- A price by area: set a rate per square inch, type the width and height in your shop's unit (mm, cm, m, inches or feet), and rastr works out the price.
- Price breaks by quantity, for either of the two above.
You can still change any price on the quote by hand.
What goes on a quote
The customer and the line items, each with a product, size, quantity and price. Add tax, shipping and a discount, an expiry date, notes and attachments. Quotes use your shop's currency and numbering, and start with your standard notes filled in.
Send it and get an answer online
Email the quote as a PDF from rastr, or download the PDF and send it your own way. The email carries a link to the quote online, where your customer can accept or decline it and leave a note. They don't need an account.
When they answer, the person who wrote the quote and the customer's sales reps get a notification. The quote shows whether it was accepted or declined, by whom, and their note.
A quote with an expiry date is marked expired once that date passes, so nobody accepts last month's prices.
From quote to sales order
Choose Create sales order and rastr copies the line items into a new order. The quote is locked from then on, and you can follow the sale from the quote to the order to the invoice.
On the order, set the due date, the sales reps and the production managers. When you invoice it, each line item becomes a numbered job on the job board.
