Job tracking for print shops, on one live board.

When you invoice a sales order, each line item becomes a numbered job on the board, with the product, size, quantity and the order's details. Nobody retypes a job ticket.

New jobs wait in Backlog until someone puts them in a column. Only orders in progress show their jobs, so finished work doesn't clutter the board.

A new shop starts with Pre-press, In Progress and Completed. An admin can add, rename and recolour columns and pick which one means done, so the board follows how your shop actually works.

Drag a card to the next column and everyone with the board open sees it move. rastr records who moved each job and when, so the history is on the job when someone asks what happened.

• The product's material, printer and cutter. Filter the board by printer, cutter, customer, order, product or proof status.

Each day rastr checks for jobs that have sat in one column too long for their due date and notifies the order's production managers and sales reps. The dashboard shows active jobs, jobs finished today and this week, overdue jobs, and a list of jobs at risk based on how long work usually takes in your shop.

Copy a tracking link from the sales order and send it to the customer. The page shows where each job on their order is, so they don't have to call to ask.

The Free plan has a limit on jobs in production at once. Starter and Business have no job limit. Quotes, orders, invoices and receipts are never limited. See the plans.
