On rastr, customer proofing is on every plan, including Free. QuickBooks sync (customers, products, invoices and payments) is on Business. Printavo lists a QuickBooks Online export of invoices, customers and payments.
Where Printavo is stronger
Printavo lists these, and rastr does not have them:
- Automations, and text messaging to customers.
- Product catalogs from suppliers such as SanMar, S&S Activewear and Alphabroder.
- Online stores for your customers (Printavo Merch, a paid add-on, US only).
- Shipping labels, purchase orders, Zapier and an API.
- iPhone and Android apps today. rastr's apps: coming soon.
- A dedicated success manager and phone support, which it lists under support.
If your shop is mostly apparel and screen printing and you want supplier catalogs, text messages and automations, Printavo is the better fit.
Where rastr fits better
- You want to start without paying, and stay free while the shop is small.
- You want a flat price per plan and not a price per extra user.
- You price by size and quantity break: banners, signs, stickers, business cards.
- You want to ask questions about your jobs and sales in plain words, with the assistant.
