For apparel and DTF shops

Software for apparel and DTF print shops.

With shirts, hoodies and transfers, a wrong file means a wasted garment. rastr keeps the quote, the approved artwork, the job and the payments on one record.

Quotes with quantity breaks

Set price breaks by quantity on each product, so 12 shirts and 120 shirts price themselves. Add a line for each garment, size or print location, with its own quantity and price, and send the quote as a link or a PDF. Your customer accepts online. More on quotes.

Artwork approved before you press

Upload the front, back and sleeve as one proof and send a single link. The customer approves or asks for changes on each piece, and a piece sent back needs a comment, so you know what to fix. Every version and every answer stays on the job, which settles the "that's not what I approved" conversation. More on proofing.

Prep customer files

Customers send what they have. Remove a background, upscale a small logo, turn it into vectors, or crop it, inside rastr. Background removal, upscaling and vectors use image credits, which come with Starter and Business. Crops use none.

Every order on one board

Set board columns for your own steps, for example artwork, print, press and ready for pickup. Each job carries its notes, files and proofs, and everyone sees a move as it happens. More on the job board.

Deposits, balances and receipts

Take a deposit on big orders and the balance at pickup. rastr tracks what each customer still owes and emails a receipt for every payment. More on invoices.

What rastr doesn't do

rastr has no size-and-colour grid on a line: put each size on its own line, or list the sizes in the line's description. It doesn't build gang sheets or track your stock of blank garments.
