Ask questions about your shop in plain words.

The assistant answers questions about your shop in plain words. Ask it the way you would ask your production lead: "Which jobs are due this week and not printed yet?"

What it can see

It reads your jobs, sales orders and invoices, and your customers, products and sales figures. It does not read quotes.

It follows the same permissions as the screens: if your role can't open a screen, the assistant won't answer from it. Revenue and money owed are for admins, as on the dashboard.

Using it

Open the chat button in the app and type your question.

Limits

Each plan includes a number of questions a month, counted from the start of the month. See Plans and limits.

Other assistants

The Business plan also has an MCP connector. It lets a compatible assistant read your shop data, read only, with the same permissions as the user who set it up. Admins create the connection token in Company Settings, under Integrations.
