Plans and limits
What each plan includes, what counts toward a limit, and what happens when you reach one.
Every shop starts on the Free plan. There is no trial and no time limit: stay on Free as long as it fits, and upgrade when you need more people, more jobs at once or QuickBooks.

What counts toward a limit
- Users are the active people in your shop. Someone you deactivate stops taking a seat.
- Jobs in production are the jobs on orders in progress that sit in a board column other than Backlog and the done column. Quotes, orders, invoices and receipts have no limit.
- Storage is the space your proofs, artwork and payment slip photos take up.
- Assistant questions, receipt reads and image credits count per month and start again at the beginning of each month. A receipt read is rastr reading a photo of a payment slip you attach to a payment.
When you reach a limit
rastr tells you which limit you reached. Nothing you already have is deleted or locked: your jobs, quotes and invoices stay as they are.
If you stop paying
Your shop moves to the Free plan and keeps working. Free plan limits then apply to new work.
Extra image credits
On plans with image tools you can buy 50 extra credits for $9.99 from the billing page. Your monthly credits are used first.
Changing plan
Change plan, cancel or update your payment method on the billing page on the web. The mobile apps do not handle billing.
